The Old Record Is Finished
2 Corinthians 5:17; Colossians 2:14
A new creation is not an edited criminal record.
People may preserve an old version of you because it makes your transformation inconvenient. You may do the same, introducing yourself inwardly by your worst chapter.
In Christ, new creation does not mean loss of memory or consequence. It means your old identity no longer holds governing authority. Grace can build wisdom from the rubble without making the rubble your address.
Let your testimony include what God has changed, not only what went wrong.
Which old description of yourself contradicts who you are becoming in Christ?
Prayer
Father, renew my mind. Help me honour Your work in me without denying the lessons of my past. Amen.
Tetelestai Declaration
The old no longer governs me. In Christ, new life has begun.
