Stop Carrying What Jesus Carried
Matthew 11:28–30; 1 Peter 5:7
Release is an act of trust.
Some burdens feel holy because you have carried them for years. You call anxiety responsibility and self punishment humility. Jesus calls the weary to Himself, not to another system of earning rest.
Casting your care on God does not mean neglecting responsibility. It means refusing to act as though everything depends upon you. Do what love and wisdom require, then release the outcome.
You cannot carry your cross and also drag the debt Jesus already carried. Put it down.
Which burden has become so familiar that you are afraid to release it?
Prayer
Gentle Jesus, I bring You my heavy load. Show me what to do and what to surrender. Teach my soul Your rest. Amen.
Tetelestai Declaration
I release what Jesus has carried. His yoke is kind, and I am not alone.
